I wanted to show a quick demo of how the Rio Grande Muy Grande Humbucker sounds in my strat for those of you looking for a reliable demo. When engaged in humbucking mode, this pickup is big, fat, muddy, and dark — but it sounds great if you know how to use it. This pickup is a true-split, meaning that when split it is a full-on single coil — not weak in any respect. I often switch between the two modes, and it is a very versatile pickup.
